About Us Marinex Construction Company, Inc. was founded in the state of South Carolina in 1991. Our corporate and executive offices are located at 2008 Cherry Hill Lane, Charleston, South Carolina. Marinex Construction Company, Inc. is operated by its President, F. Hammond Johnson, who has been in the dredging business since 1969. We specialize in marine construction with an emphasis on channel and fill dredging and river and harbor improvements.
